The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is centrally located, very close to shops and services (bus stop, vaporetti and ferry boats, supermarkets, restaurants...) but quiet and convenient to the beaches, both those equipped with the characteristic huts and the free ones. The proximity to the famous Excelsior hotel and the Palazzo del Cinema makes this property even more exclusive.
Starting from the Gran Viale, recognised as the most iconic street on the Lido, we walk along the stretch of road that leads to our property: already from the entrance gate we can see the large garden for our exclusive use, cared for down to the smallest detail. The veranda of this precious green space promises intimate moments, to be spent alone or with loved ones, and gives access to the kitchen through the French window. This arrangement also seems to be specially designed for convivial days, where the everyday can become extraordinary.
As we enter, we notice that the property is distributed as follows: along the corridor we find three spacious bedrooms with automatic door and window frames, each with an adjoining private bathroom, a storage room and a laundry room. The most enchanting part, however, is the living room, where we fall in love with the exposed beams, the generous light - at all hours, given the exposure - and the lovely wood-burning fireplace, while next door another room is used as a study. We make ourselves comfortable on the sofa, and the French window allows us to see, in the back garden, the splendid fountain designed by the great Carlo Scarpa, which lends further exclusivity to our property. There is no lack of small comforts: a parking space with pompeiana and automatic gate, automatic heating, air conditioning in all rooms.
