The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the 18-hole golf course in the Alberoni area, ranked among the ten most beautiful and competitive courses in Italy. Just a few minutes by boat from Venice, the island of Lido hosts, among other things, the famous and exclusive Film Festival. The green of the Alberoni overlooks the Lagoon on one side, while on the other side are the beaches on the Adriatic Sea.
We reach this charming little villa in a beautiful context, typical of the Lido di Venezia. We find it arranged on three levels, and already from the outside we can sense the generosity of its spaces and sizes, ready to accommodate even large families or receive guests.
As soon as we enter, the large living area welcomes us and confirms our impressions, while the large glass door opens up a space that invites us to sit outside.
Stairs lead to the upper and lower levels of the cottage, while the garden and terraces define spaces of freedom, to be enjoyed in privacy or even in conviviality with friends and loved ones.
In the vicinity are the sailing club and the tennis club, the sea can be reached in a few minutes' walk, as can the ancient and picturesque village of Malamocco, with its characteristic and evocative clubs.
On the whole, the property seems to us very attractive as a holiday home, to reserve a space of precious escape from the noisy metropolitan daily routine and take refuge in the quietness, nature and the gentler calls of the Malamocco area.
