The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the 18-hole golf course in the Alberoni area, ranked among the ten most beautiful and competitive courses in Italy. Just a few minutes by boat from Venice, the island of Lido hosts, among other things, the famous and exclusive Film Festival. The green of the Alberoni overlooks the Lagoon on one side, while on the other side are the beaches on the Adriatic Sea.
We reach our property in Malamocco, our senses wide open as we pass through this charming historic village. The house has a surface area of 140 square metres, and from the outside it is appreciated for its cosy and authentic look: it seems perfect as a starting point for getting lost in the enchanting urban fabric of Malamocco.
