The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the 18-hole golf course in the Alberoni area, ranked among the ten most beautiful and competitive courses in Italy. Just a few minutes by boat from Venice, the island of Lido hosts, among other things, the famous and exclusive Film Festival. The green of the Alberoni overlooks the Lagoon on one side, while on the other side are the beaches on the Adriatic Sea.
Our property is only a few steps away from the Murazzi free beach. The flat is located in a modern building, built in 2010. It consists of two rooms, a living room, a bathroom and two independent gardens, and is a perfect fusion of tranquillity and comfort.
