The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is located in an authentic area and still little interested by mass tourism, in the southern part of the island of Lido. It is an ideal area for lovers of uncrowded and yet unspoilt beaches, the small beach of Malamocco is a small jewel overlooking the sea where you can relax to sunbathe and take a refreshing bath.
We reach our property in Malamocco, the historical heart of the Lido di Venezia, where it is surprising to find such a modern solution in such a fascinating historical context.
The villa is built on two levels, with a terrace above, and overlooks a canal: it is undoubtedly one of the most recent architectural achievements on the island. Its location, surrounded by nature and greenery, as well as the 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, seem to promise unforgettable family holidays. The outdoor space is also enviable: parking spaces available, terraces, a wonderful garden all around the property.
For boating enthusiasts, it will be easy to imagine keeping their own boat here, for long sea excursions in the warmer months.
At the end of the visit, we also treat ourselves to the thrill of admiring the sea from the terrace, a small daily luxury awaiting the future owner!
