The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is located in an authentic area and still little interested by mass tourism, in the southern part of the island of Lido. The property seems to meet fully the attention to sustainability and also quality of life, starting from the use of wood, wisely declined in traditional structures. In this comfortable house we find: thermal insulation, air conditioning and air renewal, and breathability, combined with the natural warmth of wood, which surrounds us in a natural and uniform way. Internally has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, while outside you can appreciate the large garden, overlooking the canal, which gives tranquility, and the availability of parking spaces.
A not negligible gem is given, finally, by the large terrace on the top floor: it covers the entire surface and gives us an unexpected view of the sea!
